English Drive conducted by the Department of English, HATIM

A month long English Drive was concluded today, the 26th of April, 2023. The Department of English, HATIM, had conducted this English Drive for the month of April 2023 during the morning community devotions to highlight the importance of using English, which is one of the common practices of HATIM.
The topics presented during the drive are the contributions of all the faculty of Dept. of English.
The English Drive is concluded after the presentation of the students by Sir Samuel Malsawmkima, Head Dept. of English. He gave a concluding remark that although the official programme was over, the English Drive would go on in our daily lives.
The department had caried out the drive in the following manner:-
1. Presentations at the community devotion/gathering on various topics including “Idiom of the Day,” “Common Errors in Everyday Usage of English in the Community,” and “Word of the Day.”
2. Poster making.
